Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love everything you order from the World Money Hider store. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at worldmoneyhider@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Worn or used merchandise

❗ Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right — either by replacement or full refund.
